Answers to some questions:
  1. Fonts for personalization. We can use just True Types for PC. Customer is responsible for delivery of non-standard fonts.
  2. Maximal format of producible sheet is 700 x 1100 mm. The longest side of resulting product (e.g. folder) is 700 mm max., because the sheet has to be inserted exactly by this side.
  3. Maximum weight of stock is 180gsm. Minimal weight of stock is 80gsm and is more appropriate for easier products.
  4. The shape of paper might be die-cut, but it´s necessary for one side to be straight.
  5. Engrave even as perforation is twice. Persistent engrave (cut), persistent perforation - from edge to edge, in axes x, y, arbitrary number of cuttings and perforations. Time-cutting or time-perforating (e.g. window), in axes x, y, 8 cuts of perforates, min. size is 35 x 35 mm. It is not possible to make a skew cut or perforation. Paper must be cut through, not just tapped!
  6. The product can be personalized in three places on one side with one pass through in the machine, respectively in three places on the front side and in three places on the back side with two pass through in the machine. Personalized area may be wide 2x25 mm + 1x75 mm and unlimited lengths. It is possible to print text even graphics, but just in black colour. In case of print of addresses, it has to be printed on white surface.
  7. Maximal number of tipped products is five. Tipped products, e.g. cards, must be the same and tipped in x, y axes.
  8. We can produce special envelopes. The size of envelope is depended on maximal format of producible sheet. Envelopes has to have rectangular or square shape. It is possible to have 100% offset print on the front side. On the back side it is necessary to skip offset printing by the parts with glue (on the edges). We recommend offset paper.
  9. Paper can be doubled (e.g. for reply card). Minimal format of doubled card is A6. This doubled card may be cut or perforated.
  10. We can fold paper vertically or horizontally or combined. Minimal length of fold is 55 mm. Maximum number of parallel folds is 12 (harmony).
  11. This technology is suitable for minimum of 10.000 copies.
