Digital print, documents and prints personalization

Our company is equipped with several technologies for documents and prints personalizing.

Boomailer has three inkjet heads for middle and high volume personalizing. The machine is able to execute sheets up to B1 format (29”). Two heads are 1” wide (2,5 cm) and one head is 3” wide (7,5 cm). It increases the variability of personalization. Because of this we can personalize address + title together, the third head e.g. transactional data. Furthermore, the technology is outfitted with bar code reader for both side sheet personalizing and OCR camera for data checking and verification. We can even personalize envelopes.

Laser personalization and full colour digital print is realized on Xerox and Canon machines, up to SRA3 size. At the moment, we dispose of capacity 6.000 b/w and 6.000 full colour A4 pages per hour. We are going to highly upgrade this capacity level in 2008.
