Direct marketing and transpromo

Our company has been involved in direct mail production since 2003. Essential of our approach is that we offer the complex solution of this issue, which is built on the project management. First of all we analyze contemporary state and after that we propose a project, whose main target is ROI (Return of Investment to DM) increase for a customer.

Our aim is not to offer just production utilization, but projects, which bring to our customers a higher response and thanks to that added value. During processing of each DM project we lean on know-how, which comes out from long term experiences and approved foreign and domestic case studies. We dispose a wide range of market segmented case studies and we can use them through preparing projects and right at the beginning define the goals and predict a growth in response. By far, these solutions are not just built on digital printing technologies. In most cases we take action on cross-sell solutions, which go across media (print, e-mail, Internet).

Another building stone is special SW equipment for variable data processing. We are equipped with PReS software from PrintSoft, it is a software tool for designing and publishing personalized documents for both transactional and direct marketing applications. PReS generated documents can include variable text, pictures, graphics, barcodes and merge data. Using conditional logic, dynamic documents are created where the entire layout varies with the input, producing documents designed for each individual recipient, rather than a “one-size-fits-all” document. PReS can then format the document for printing on high-speed printer and for electronic distribution. This enables your documents to be published as printed pages and/or as emails, web pages, PDF documents, SMS messages, XML files and faxes. And full colour can be used to maximise response rates.

We receive files electronically in approved input formats (e.g. XLS, TXT, CSV, DBF, MDB, ZIP…) to our FTP server with appropriate level of security to the given project.

Our facility is secured with a wide CCTV and access system for a maximum safety of personal data.
