BOOM TISK - offset printing

The company BOOM TISK, spol. s r.o. belongs for many years to the most important printing companies in the Czech republic. It focuses as one of few companies on supply of complex solution in the offset and digital print area. It produces not only a particular wide range products (leaflets, catalogues, brochures, annual reports, direct mail), but also provides its customers with service in the project preparation area (including data processing and graphic preparation), process finishing and distribution solutions – all that in the shortest possible delivery term. Our motto „Less money, less time, less trouble“, exactly specifies features of our customer approach.

The company BOOM TISK was established in February 1995 growing very fast in the following years. Today BOOM TISK, spol. s r.o. is one of the most modern equipped and biggest producers of hybrid printing materials in the Central Europe with the capacity of 1 mil. full color digital pages and 4,8 mil. offset printed pages a day. It works for the most demanding multinational and Czech clients with an emphasis on maximum customer care and providing complex services.

At the turn of 1997/1998 a complete new production hall and administrative building were built as a greenfield project and in April 1998 the whole company was moved. The printing house exceeds requirements for European standard in production quality, ecology and social facilities for employees. To extend production and service capacities a new hall was built in 2007 and thus production capacity was tripled.

Today our printing house has the most modern technology equipment: A Kodak Versamark VL 2200 and enveloping lines Pitney Bowes with File Base control is there for the processing of transaction and transpromo documents and direct mailing. Furthermore there is a SW PrintSoft PReS and a GMC PrintNet for 1:1 marketing application.

For processing in offset printing division there is a CTP Creo Trendsetter 800 II with a high-end workflow Prinergy, with a CIP3 connection for setting color zones, ICC profiles and digital print into B1 format. High-quality and efficient offset printing park is represented by the 5-color machine Heidelberg Speedmaster CD 102-5 and SM 74-5. Process finishing is then the domain of a Stahl folding machine and Heidelberg ST300 printing line for production of saddle stitched binding. Other usual operations are provided by a network of stable contractors.

Our company strictly pays attention on keeping to quality control system, we are certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2001 and ISO 12647-2:2004 for printing process calibration.

The studio in Prague is there for you. We also have a artwork with our own graphic designers. The studio is calibrated with our printing machines in Kolin. Therefore we achieve excellent quality and outstanding delivery performance in order to meet your requirements for complete production in one place.

direct mailing, finishing

There is a very interesting technology - which is the only installation in the whole Czech Republic - a special line for direct mail producing and peculiar finishing processing (for information look at www.boomailer.cz).

Our new hall

In August 2007 the construction of the new modern production hall was completed. It is a two floor bulding with a production area of more than 1.000 m2. The space is fully air-conditioned and humidited. It meets the most difficult criteria for working area. The new technologies has already been installed in the first floor.
